Fibrin

Fibrin is a new generation lamellar concentrate in the form of a three-dimensional structure. Due to this structure, platelets are longer stimulated to release growth factors and cytokines, and cause mesenchymal stem cells to migrate to sub-ministration point. Growth factors and stem cells released from the fibrin, strongly stimulate tissue biological regeneration.

What is the difference between a fibrin procedure and a plasma procedure?

In the plasma method, platelets release high levels of growth factors very quickly. In the case of fibrin, platelets enclosed in the spatial structure of fibrin are activated for a longer time. Slowly released growth factors stimulate the repair process for longer, giving stronger regenerative effects.

Indications:

  • Significant signs of skin aging: folds, furrows, crow’s feet, deep wrinkles;
  • Sunken skin with tissue defects;
  • Filling and regenerating acne scars;
  • Alopecia.

For an even better effect, you can combine the platelet rich fibrin procedure with platelet rich plasma.

Indications for the platelet rich plasma (PRP) and platelet rich fibrin (PRF) procedure:

  • Comprehensive regeneration of several areas of the body at once: face, neck, cleavage, hands and hair;
  • Skin lacking firmness and elasticity with the simultaneous occurrence of deep wrinkles and furrows;
  • Rapid regeneration and healing of tissues after procedures, e.g. micro-needling, hair transplantation, plastic surgery.

The effects of the procedure using platelet rich plasma and platelet rich fibrin:

  • smoothing wrinkles;
  • improvement of skin elasticity, tension and density;
  • skin revitalization, hydration and recovery of elasticity;
  • smoothing and harmonizing skin tone;
  • remodeling of collagen fibers;
  • improvement of skin blood supply;
  • accelerated healing process after aesthetic medicine procedures, e.g. after micro-needling.

On the day of the procedure, adequate hydration of the body is recommended, i.e. drinking at least 1.5 l of water.

Contraindications:

  • Taking aspirin and other painkillers;
  • Blood diseases;
  • Cancer (including leukemia, myeloma);
  • Pregnancy and lactation;
  • Anticoagulant treatment;
  • Liver disease;
  • Autoimmune diseases.
